and I’m still waiting to hear back from support. It’s been frustrating not getting a response yet

I ordered a few lip products and a blush, but when my package showed up, one shade was totally wrong and another item was missing. The weird part is the receipt had the right stuff listed, so I have no idea how it got messed up. i had that immediate “why did I even order this?” feeling when I opened it.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple days, and then I had to send photos and explain the whole thing more than once. I do like some of their makeup, but this was such a hassle that I’m kind of regretting spending the money this time.

The colors were fine, nothing really wrong there, but the quality felt cheap for what I paid. I was expecting something a bit nicer, and it makes me less likely to trust the brand next time

I ordered from Kokie Cosmetics and the products got to me in good shape, so no complaints there. Like i said, everything arrived fine, but the shipping was slower than I thought it would be, especially compared to a few other sites I usually order from.

The tracking was kind of weird too and didn’t update in a way that made it super clear when my package was actually coming. Like i said, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a rush

The product itself seems fine, but the applicator on mine is a little stiff and doesn’t pick up evenly for some reason. Not sure if it’s just the one I got or what, but I can still make it work. It just takes a bit longer to get everything looking the way I want.

I didn’t expect to like this as much as I do because I’ve been loyal to my usual brand for years. But the color payoff on this is seriously bold and shows up right away, so now I’m kind of torn

I thought it looked darker online, but when it showed up it wasnt quite my exact shade. Still usable though, so I’ll make it work

I was impressed with this makeup for the price. The colors last well and feel nice on my skin, not heavy or cakey. The only thing I noticed is that one shade seemed to fade a little faster than the others, has anyone else had the same issue?

I was really interested in trying their base products, but the shade range feels way too limited. If you have deeper skin, it’s hard to find a good match, and even the undertones seem a bit off. For the price and hype, I expected better. It makes it feel like not everyone was considered.

I ordered from Kokie Cosmetics a little while ago and didn’t look over the ingredients as closely as I should have. I have sensitive skin, but since I’ve worn makeup plenty of times before without problems, I figured it would be fine.

The first time I used it, my face started getting red and itchy quickly, especially around my cheeks and near my eyes. I ended up washing it off the same day because it was uncomfortable and I didn’t want to risk it getting worse.
After that, I stopped using it completely. I just wish the ingredient details were easier to understand for people with sensitive skin, because this definitely didn’t work for me. I won’t be buying it again

Most of the time, the stuff I’m looking for is actually in stock, which I really appreciate because I’m not trying to chase down the same shade on five different sites. The site is easy to browse too, although somehow I still end up clicking around longer than I planned.

That said, the one lipstick I really wanted was sold out for a while, which was frustrating, even though I also can’t really complain because it did come back and I got a restock email. So yeah, kind of annoying but also good overall.

It did finally go through!! But it definitely took longer than it needed to. Not a terrible experience, just annoying.

At first I was kind of annoyed because it takes more effort to blend than I expected. I had to keep working at it, which was a bit disappointing. But once I got it blended out, I actually felt okay about it because the final look is nice. Not amazing, but it gets the job done.

I’m always watching for patterns with my skin because it reacts to random stuff easily. After a few days of using this, I didn’t notice any redness, itching, or breakouts, which is usually the first sign something isn’t going to work for me. So far it feels fine and my skin seems calm

The return process on kokiecosmetics.com was easy overall, but one of the emails was a little unclear and I had to reread it a couple times, which was kind of annoying. Once I figured it out, though, everything moved quickly. My refund came back faster than I expected, and there wasn’t any weird back and forth. Definitely appreciate a return that doesn’t turn into a whole project.

I really wanted to like this, and I feel like I gave it a fair shot, but the formula just didn’t work for me. It felt thick and a little sticky going on, not smooth at all, and I kept trying to blend it because I thought maybe I was applying it wrong. But it still sat weird on my skin and started looking patchy quickly. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth trying to make it work, so I won’t be buying it again

I just couldn’t deal with the scent. It’s got this really strong perfume smell that kind of just sits on your face, and after a bit it started giving me a headache. I get that some people might like that, but for me it was too much, plain and simple. I won’t buy it again.

I’ve ordered from kokiecosmetics.com everything showed up fine and I liked what I got. I’m always a little nervous ordering makeup online because I don’t want to get fooled by a sketchy site or end up with something that feels off, but this was a good experience. My only complaint is the shipping cost. If you’re only grabbing one or two things, it feels a bit high. I’d probably order more often if shipping was lower or if free shipping was easier to hit. Still happy overall, so I’d give it 4 stars...

The code worked fine and I got the discount, which was great. Checkout took me a minute to figure out, but it wasn’t a big deal once I got through it.
